The Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia is searching for a lawyer to fill a full-time position in the Services to Adults Division of our Vancouver office.

To be considered for this position, an applicant must possess a law degree and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia. A minimum of 5 years’ current practice experience in British Columbia that includes experience in adult guardianship, wills and estates, and family law is required.

The successful candidate is subject to a Security Clearance Check and will be asked to consent to the release of information about them held by the Law Society of British Columbia relating to complaints and disciplinary proceedings undertaken by the Law Society.
