FEES

PGT services are funded by a combination of fees and commissions for services and supplementary funding from the Government of British Columbia. Fees and commissions charged by the PGT are set out in the following regulation:

Effective July 1 2010, Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia Fees are subject to the new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Please review the attached for an indication of how this will apply.
