Effective September 1, 2011 legislation came into effect to provide British Columbians with improved options for planning for future incapacity, together with stronger legal safeguards for ensuring that one’s wishes are carried out when one is no longer able to provide direction. Representation agreement for personal and health care decisions
Representation agreement with standard provisions for personal and health care decisions
Advance directive for health care
Nomination of a committee of estate and/or person
