Application seeking declaration of capability | Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia

If someone has been declared unable to manage their own affairs by the Court, and their committee (or the person themselves) applies to end that declaration, the Public Guardian and Trustee will review and respond to the application under Section 4 of the Patient’s Property Act.
