Building and facilities
Our office is in a red brick building in Downtown Vancouver, near the intersection of West Hastings Street and Howe Street. It is accessible for individuals using mobility devices, with several options for entering the building.
Main entrance
The main entrance is located at 808 West Hastings Street and includes heavy glass doors. The right-hand door can be opened manually or by pushing the automatic door opener button on the post to the right of the doors. There are 5 steps from the street to the main entrance and 5 more steps to the elevator lobby.
Accessible entrances
Chairlift: A chairlift is located on the left side of the main entrance stairs and is available upon request.
Ramp entrance: There is an accessible ramp entrance at the back of the building, located at the alley, off Howe Street. The ramp leads to an unlabelled brown door which can be opened manually or with the automatic door opener button on the wall on the right side.
Once you’re inside, follow the hallway to the interior brown door which leads you to the elevators.

Elevators
There are 3 lobby elevators labeled A, B and C and each have a digital display above to indicate the floor they will travel to.
To use the elevator, tap 7 on the touchpad for the PGT reception floor. Watch the digital display to see which elevator is assigned to floor 7. Once you are in the elevator, a computer voice will announce the floors the elevator is stopping at.
The elevators may not be fully accessible for people with visual impairments due to the touchpad and screen functionalities. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Reception
Reception is to the left of the elevators. A PGT staff person will be at reception to greet you upon arrival. There are also chairs near the elevator if you or someone with you needs to rest or wait.
Meeting rooms
Our client meeting rooms include tables, chairs and a phone. Please note there are no child play spaces in the meeting rooms.
Washrooms
There are 2 washrooms on the 7th floor, one male and one female. If you would prefer a single-use universal washroom, please ask the PGT's reception for the location and code and they will assist you. Please note there are no changing tables in the washrooms.
