Welcome to Interior-North Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) office, located in Kelowna, just northeast of downtown. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning, we want to ensure your visit is smooth and accessible.

Office location and hours

Address: 1345 St Paul Street, Kelowna B.C.

Hours: Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Documents may be dropped off during business hours.

Getting here

The PGT Interior-North regional office can be visited by various public transportation and has parking nearby if travelling by car.

Public transport

The #5 Gordon/Downtown bus stops on Ellis Street at stop 140057 and 140044. Both of these bus stops are one block away from the office on St Paul Street. 

The Queensway (downtown) bus exchange is 3 blocks away. This bus stop is where most suburban and buses from other cities buses arrive and depart.

Vehicle

There is paid street parking with meters and parking can be paid with the PayByPhone app. The street parking location near and in-front of the office is 3205 on the app. 

There is a designated accessibility parking spot in front of the building.

There are also various paid public parking lots within 3 blocks of the PGT building. Check the Find parking | City of Kelowna website for details.

Building and facilities

The PGT’s Interior-North regional office is located in Kelowna in a beige stucco and brick building. The building has large numbers reading 1345 above the door. A large sign says Public Guardian and Trustee on the front of the building. The building is accessible to people using mobility devices. The PGT office is located on the main floor of the building, so no elevators are required.

Main entrance

The main entrance of the Interior-North regional office is a single glass door, which is always locked. Upon arrival, press the intercom to the right of the door to announce your arrival, and a PGT staff person will unlock the door. The door can be opened manually or by pressing the automatic door opener on the right side of the door. 

Accessible entrance

The PGT office’s main entrance is fully accessible to people using mobility devices. The intercom can be used to request additional assistance. 

Reception

Reception is located in the entrance lobby. A PGT staff person will be at reception to greet you upon arrival.

Meeting room

The client meeting room has tables and chairs. Please note there is no child play space in the meeting room.

Washrooms

There are 2 single-use universal washrooms available for clients. Please note there are no changing tables in the washrooms.
