Office location and hours

Address: 1215 Broad Street, Victoria B.C.

Hours: Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Documents may be dropped off during business hours.

Getting here

The PGT Vancouver Island regional office can be visited by various public transportation and has parking and a bike valet nearby.

Public transport

Buses 2, 5, 14 and 15 all stop within 2 blocks of the PGT Vancouver Island regional office building. It is a 3 to 5 minute walk on flat sidewalks to the building from the nearest bus stops.

Vehicle

Pay parking is in effect near the PGT Vancouver Island regional office. 

Street parking is paid on the street via parking meters. You can pay through the ParkVictoria app. There is also a pay parking garage underneath the Bay Centre Shopping Centre.

Bike

There is a free bike valet 3 blocks away from the office at Victoria City Hall.

Building and facilities

The Vancouver Island regional office is located in Downtown Victoria near the Bay Centre Shopping Centre. The office is on the 2nd floor of a brick building with a green strip over the door with 1215 in white numbers. The building is accessible for those using mobility devices. 

Main entrance

The main entrance is located on Broad Street, and includes double glass doors. The right-hand door can be opened manually or by using the automatic door opener button on the wall. 

Accessible entrance

The main entrance is accessible to people using mobility devices. There is an intercom just above the automatic door opener button that can be used to request assistance.

Elevator

Inside the front doors, there is an elevator on the right side. Call the elevator by tapping the up arrow on the touchpad on the wall. Once inside the elevator, tap 2F on the touchpad to go to the PGT reception floor.

Reception

Reception is located straight outside the elevator. A PGT staff person will be at reception to greet you upon arrival. 

Meeting room

Our client meeting room includes a table, chairs, and a phone. Please note there is no child play space in the room.

Washrooms

There is a single-use universal washroom for client use. Please note there are no changing tables in the washroom.
