Complaints
The PGT addresses all client complaints raised by clients, their families, client appointed advocates or other individuals involved with clients. We work to continuously improve our services and support our staff to resolve concerns. See Making a complaint process for instructions on how to file a complaint.
Adult Services
If you are worried about a vulnerable adult who may need assistance with decision making, our Assessment and Investigation Services team may be able to assist.

If you have a situation where a vulnerable adult needs to be admitted to a care facility but the person cannot provide consent, our Personal Decision Services team may be able to assist.

We act as committee of estate and/or person for incapable adults and, depending on where the person lives, we provide those services out of our Vancouver, Kelowna or Victoria office.

After an adult, for whom we were acting as committee of estate, dies or is found to be capable, or a private committee is appointed, our Estate Liaison department is responsible for ending our involvement and disbursing the adult's funds.

We manage the assets held in trust for children and youth under the age of 19.

When a child/youth is in the permanent care of the Province , we protect their legal and financial interests. We also do this for children/youth in care of Indigenous Governing Bodies (IGBs) if they ask us to act.
